We effectively become your tenant therefore ensuring that you get a fixed rental income each month for a minimum period of 12 months. We then sub-let your Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire property to a sub-tenant via a Private Rented Tenancy. You will receive your rent each month whether there is a tenant in place or not or if the tenant stops paying, unless the property is rendered uninhabitable.<\/p>

It is in our best interest that we find the best tenant possible. When we sub-let your property in Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire, we take a normal deposit from the tenant which is then protected with one of the approved deposit protection schemes. When the tenant leaves, the deposit can then be used to cover any costs of damages.
